About four months ago I decided that was long enough for me to sit at my desk and rarely leave the house except to go shopping or go to church. Working from home has its advantages, but in the last 2 years I gained about 20 pounds, sit my home and before I knew it, I felt very much lazy.
Years ago I played racquetball with a friend or two and it was a great time. I was terribly out of shapethough. I had very little resistance and was short of breath quickly. Plus, I really do not know how to play the game.
So I decided this was to do what I do to help my health problem and had to leave the house. So I signed up for membership in a club and began to play about twice a week. Just before I started playing tennis (I thought at first squash), and that he was glad. But to be honest, is almostintensive.
After about an hour squash Will burn 600 calories, which means that you have a good start to have weight to lose right there. I would like for about an hour and a half of play twice a week. Then from time to time, I would throw in another day, perhaps in the evening or afternoon.
Luckily I have some friends who wanted to do with me, so we learned the way and the rules (more on that in a minute). Fortunately for us, the husband of a friend was on holiday fromthe military and decided to play with us while he was here. We found the first game that has actually played semi-professional! It was amazing. We have it all looks terrible, but nothing has helped my game more of his ideas and know-how.
When you play against people who do not know how to play, you get lazy and do not slide off. However, we speak of rules.
Basically there are two players (singles) and a server remains the center line and press theBall against the backboard. You have to hit the ball along the back wall and bounce on the floor behind the serving line, but not on the front wall (the wall behind you).
The ball may hit one of the side walls, but that's it. If the service is hit three walls, is an out. The server gets two tries to get the ball into play. After the ball is in play, but anything goes. Each wall is a game, and you can the ball as many walls as you suggestwant.
Here's how to win. As soon as the ball hit the back wall can bounce the floor only once before it must be hit against the wall again. So if you hit the wall, the ball jumps once, the other player must hit the ball to the wall before it jumps again, it erases.
To win so just hit the ball so that the other players to reach in time and bouncing on the floor. It's so simple, and not just one explosion, butis a good way to get fit.
