Do something different together, than the usual movies, out to dinner, etc? Come to CLAS Ropes Course, and experience the perfect combo: Rock Climbing and Canoeing for 2.

All ages enjoy rock climbing. We have a 24 foot portable climbing tower with auto belay systems. Participants may climb as many times as they would like between the hours of 6-8pm, although they should save at least half of their time for canoeing.

We have over 20 canoes. This section of the Provo River is very slow, so it is a great place for beginners (families). It is a 1.5 mile stretch of river that is lined with trees and a popular bike/walk path. There are sometimes beaver, muskrat, mink, and other animals that can be spotted along the way. Families often bring an old loaf of bread to feed the ducks along the way. They launch the boats here at our docks and since there is virtually no current here, they can canoe down 1 mile to the lake and then back to the docks when they are finished. It is a nice relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. We get hundreds of people every week canoeing up and down the river. It doesn?t get dark until about 9pm so the 6-8pm time period is just right for an evening adventure. They can even bring a picnic and stop to eat at any of the picnic tables located along the river. Each canoe can seat 2 people, however, children can sit on the floor of the canoe. Life-jackets are provided and must be worn at all times.
